Yule Ball Vendor Application

The following are the terms and conditions for vending at the Yule Ball, organized by the Mid-Michigan Pagan Council (MMPC). Please read each section of these terms and conditions carefully before you submit a vending application. By submitting a vending application you are agreeing to these terms and conditions and stating that you have read and understood them. Vending Spaces:

Vending spaces for the Yule ball are 8’x8′.
Vending spaces cost $50 each with the option to buy an additional space for $25.

Vending spaces may be reserved by paying a $5 down payment.  The remaining balance must be paid in full by the registration cutoff date or the vendor forfeits both the reserved space(s) and the down payment.

Vending spaces for the Yule Ball are limited to two spaces per business.
Vendors receive two all-event passes with registration. Please note that is two passes per registration, not per table. No vendor will receive more than two free passes.

The fee is non-refundable, unless application is declined or space is unavailable.  Applications are due on, or before, November 30th, 2018.

We will provide a table if needed. If you do not need a table you *must* contact us to have your display approved.

Setup and Operation

Registration, and unloading for vendors begins at 2pm on Friday.
Vendor setup runs from 2pm to 4pm.

Vendors will enter and leave by the West Glass doors (right near the Ballroom) for loading purposes. At no time are the exits or hallways to be blocked for safety reasons.

At least one person must be in attendance of their vending space at any given time. 

Badges will be issued to all vending staff and are to be worn at all times throughout the event.

No selling of food or beverages will be allowed!

At no time are vendors to sell or advertise their wares/services outside of the designated vending area.

Nothing may be affixed to the walls of the hotel due to special paint.

Business cards may be left with the registration tables to help advertise, but unless you are a sponsor, no other advertisement will be displayed in the common areas.

The MMPC will not be held liable in the event vendor product or equipment is stolen, damaged or destroyed due to accidental or malicious intent of others or by elements such as, but not limited to, moisture or heat.

Failure to notify the MMPC staff in advance of any cancellations, as well as failure to comply with all show rules, will be grounds for termination of show participation rights.

Background checks will be conducted by the MMPC for all vendors. Should the background check indicate further consideration is warranted, the MMPC board will determine the eligibility of a vendor on an individual basis. The MMPC retains the right to refuse vendors for the Lansing Pagan Pride Day based on past criminal history.

Upon submitting this form you will be forwarded to the payment page to pay for (or reserve with a down payment) your space(s).
